It's Better Late Than Never: Halloween Treat!
Hey! It's been a long time since I blog something new, didn't I? First of all, I'm really sorry. I can't update my blog since my hectic schedule comes along and need to focus to my study. Well, It's end of our semester. That's why I have free time to do this Halloween costume inspired tutorial and lookbook! I know! I'm already late for this stuff but... You can also put this look anytime you want 'cause this look is totally wearable!
Do you know Wednesday Addams? No? Why? Haha! In case you didn't know her. Wednesday Addams is one of the characters of the hit american television series: The Addams Family. It started at cartoons and as time passed, it also seen in live action t.v. series and in the movies.
Let's talk about Wednesday Addams. The 1991 and 1993 film of The Addams Family was I liked the most. Christina Ricci did a really great job on her role. I find Wednesday Addams mysterious in a funny way (idk,why), charming, intelligent, and also has a good sense in fashion; Even she just wore black and white clothes.
We better get started!
The Wednesday Addams inspired makeup tutorial:
1) Start your face clean!
2) Put foundation/BB cream/face powder to your face.
3) Grab your concealer and dab it to your eyes and blemishes that you want to conceal.
4) Look for a black eye shadow and brush it to your lids.
5) Look for darker black shadow and again brush it to your lids.
6) Now, blend it in window wiping motion (back and forth). Also, in the lower lash line.
7) Time to fill-in your brows! Whether it is powder or pencil, shape your brows into what you like the most. Note: It's your personal choice.
8) After filling-in, curl your lashes and grab your favorite mascara and load it up!
9) If necessary, contouring your nose and cheeks to give more definition to it.
10) Next is your precious lips! First, put some foundation to it and dab a violet/purple eye shadow to inner center of your upper/lower lips.
11) When finished, apply dark lipstick to your lips (I used bloody red lipstick).
12) Then brush it with a lip brush or dab your finger into it. Apply more lipstick if necessary to achieve the desired color.
13) This is my finished look!
It is easy right? In this simple steps you can also do it by yourself!
Lookbook!
Wednesday Addams always wore Black dresses so I decided to wore my little black dress with a cat pattern on it. Can't forget the black stockings and the braided pigtails. I paired up this with a white brogues because all black is too mainstream. Just to give a little dimensions on it. Haha! Of course, because I also like skulls like Wednesday Addams does, I put my skull ring as my only accessory.
Anyway, It's my first time to do a makeup tutorial on my blog. I'm so excited to do this thing! It's better to level-up your blog though. Ya know what I'm sayin'? Haha! Hope you'd like it guys! And yeah, my background is in our house. You know it gives more definition of being in the mood when your old house is usually works as a creepy background. :)
